## Piston Motion Calculation

The piston motion calculation indicates piston velocity, piston
acceleration, piston position, cylinder volume, rod/bore angle, and
rod/crank angle at
various crankshaft positions. The calculation features an adjustable step size, so you can view the
results at any desired increment, from 1 degree to 90 degrees. Also shown are
average piston speed, rod/stroke ratio, stroke/rod ratio, and crankshaft angular velocity.

Calculates piston velocity, piston acceleration, piston position, and
cylinder volume based on stroke length, connecting rod length, cylinder
bore, and engine speed. Graphs
are provided so you can view the piston speed,
acceleration, and position as they change during
crankshaft rotation in a graphical form.
